Subscription & cancellation policy

Published 27 October 2026. These are the planned terms for FreeFixy Plus once subscriptions become available. Nobody is subscribed by visiting this page or using a tool.

Price and renewal

Plus costs S$1.99 in Singapore dollars per calendar month. Any applicable taxes and the final total will be displayed before payment. There is no annual commitment and no free trial. Your first paid period starts only after successful checkout and activation. The subscription renews automatically each month on the billing date shown at checkout, unless cancelled before the next renewal.

What Plus includes

During an active paid period, FreeFixy will suppress third-party advertising and its own promotional banners on supported FreeFixy pages. Plus does not unlock private social content, remove copyright obligations or override platform restrictions. File size limits, browser compatibility and service availability limits still apply. Access across devices will depend on the account system provided at launch.

Cancel anytime

When subscriptions launch, a Manage subscription link will provide cancellation without a phone call. Cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Plus until then and return to the Free plan afterward. A cancellation confirmation will show the end date. Refunds

You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within seven days by contacting the support email above. Otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund a paid period or unused days. Duplicate charges, failed activation and material failure of the paid ad-free feature will be reviewed for correction or refund. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Failed payments and changes

If payment fails, Plus access may pause or end; the Free tools remain available. Any payment retries will follow the billing provider's disclosed process. A price increase will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal, with the opportunity to cancel. It will not increase the price of an already-paid period.

Payment and privacy

Checkout will identify the payment provider and seller before you subscribe. FreeFixy will not ask you to email card details. Receipts, billing information and subscription status will be handled as described in the privacy notice at launch. The existing advertising feed is paused for quality review; the Free plan may currently show FreeFixy promotions instead of paid ads.
