Help

Simple guidance for local file tools.

Five-platform video tools

Open the video tools for Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest downloads, TikTok beta, or official YouTube export. TikTok file access is currently unverified because it blocks our sample downloads. YouTube Studio limits each own-upload video download to five times in 24 hours; Google Takeout is available for archives.

Instagram video downloads

Open Instagram downloader, paste a public post or reel permalink, confirm that you may save it, and choose Fetch video. Play the preview or choose Download MP4. Each video is limited to 150 MB. Instagram may block some links or temporarily limit requests; private accounts, stories, photo-only posts and restricted media are unavailable. Links containing /share/ must first be opened in Instagram to copy the full post or reel permalink.

If a file is rejected

Confirm that it is a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or PDF accepted by the tool. A renamed, corrupt, password-protected, or unsupported file will not be changed. Try opening it in a normal viewer first, then save a new unprotected copy if appropriate.

If an image target is not met

Try a smaller maximum width, choose WebP where your destination accepts it, or use a larger target. The result card reports the actual output size instead of claiming a target was met.

If a download is hard to find on mobile

Tap Download and use your browser’s save or share action. In Safari, a download may open a preview; choose Share then Save to Files. In Android browsers, check Downloads or the browser menu.

Supported PDF actions

Merge preserves the displayed order. Split outputs a separately downloadable PDF for each page. Rotate applies a right-angle rotation to every page of each selected file. This preview does not offer PDF compression because it has not been validated to make suitable files smaller without misleading quality or searchability trade-offs.
