Re-encode an image

Up to 20 MiB, 24 megapixels and 16,384 pixels per side. The image is decoded and re-encoded locally. Original EXIF and other embedded metadata are not copied to the fresh file.

Quality applies to JPEG output only. JPEG flattens transparency onto white; PNG preserves it. Dimensions are retained, and animated input becomes one still frame.
